On the successful implementation of mitigation measures

摘要: The effectiveness of environmental impact assessment depends largely on fully implementing cost-effective mitigation and other management measures to prevent significant degradation. Follow-up, systems monitoring are tools achieve this. Their role is discussed in relation a highway Sao Paulo State, Brazil.
