摘要: The failure adequately to implement mitigation measures or monitor environmental impacts following the approval of projects, is often cited as a major shortcoming impact assessment (EIA) process. contents and recommendations statements (EISs) are disregarded when management systems (EMSs) implemented. This paper focuses on possible means linking EIA process EMS implementation, by building conceptual framework capable serving needs both. A key feature entails relating project actions activities via interaction processes, defined ‘environmental aspects’ ISO 14001 standard. feasibility constructing double-field matrices that able summarise all relevant linkages demonstrated. Application hypothetical mine illustrates approach.
