摘要: Expansion of the krill fishery in Scotia Sea – Antarctic Peninsula region beyond current precautionary catch limit requires development and assessment methods for subdividing regional amongst smaller spatial units. This contribution compiles parameters use ecosystem dynamic models that are needed to assess these methods. These include life history consumption fish, whale, penguin seal species feed on this region. Maximum transport rates also derived from OCCAM global ocean circulation model. parameter set, like most others, is associated with considerable uncertainty, which must be taken into account when it used. The sources, assumptions calculations at every stage compilation process therefore detailed plausible limits values provided where possible. results suggest fish major consumers all SSMUs, perciform taking as much whales, penguins fur seals combined myctophid double amount. However estimates per unit predator biomass an order magnitude higher than whales fish.
