摘要: The Ser326Cys polymorphism in the human 8-oxogunaine glycosylase (hOGG1) gene with lung cancer susceptibility had been investigated by approaches of PCR-RFLP, PCR-SSCP and ASA. Due to limited specimen different conclusion was drawn toughly. To evaluate this correlation comprehensively, a meta-analysis performed based on 30 case-control studies, including 10,327 cases 12,148 controls. random-effects model used estimate odds ratios 95 % confidence interval for various contrasts polymorphism. combined results suggested that hOGG1 not associated genetic models. Similarly, stratified analyses ethnicity source control, no risk observed between all models risk. Our revealed there little cancer.
