摘要: For the first time, core-shell nanoparticles were prepared from natural polyampholyte N-carboxyethylchitosan (CECh). This was triggered by polyelectrolyte complex (PEC) formation between CECh and strong polyelectrolyte-containing double hydrophilic block copolymers. Quaternized poly[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate]-b-poly(ethylene oxide) (quaternized PDMAEMA-b-PEO) sodium poly(2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonate)-b-poly(ethylene (PAMPSNa-b-PEO) used as polycation polyanion, respectively. Based on proper choice of partners medium conditions, spherical with PEO shell obtained both in basic acidic medium. The size particles range 230-450 nm depended partner nature, molar mass, pH, ionic strength. structures studied dynamic light scattering (DLS), atomic force microscopy (AFM), cryogenic transmission electron (cryo-TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). results explained terms polyampholytic nature host-guest concept.
