摘要: Abstract Spatially-resolved cathodoluminescence spectroscopy has contributed significant new information to our understanding of native point defects in ZnO micro- and nanoscale structures. This paper aims review representative examples this work the perspectives gained from spatially resolving these both laterally depth-wise. Results obtained many groups worldwide include studies Schottky diodes, polycrystalline ceramics, nanostructures, microwires. The nature spatial distribution materials together with their strong dependence on growth processing suggest avenues for control transport optoelectronic device
