摘要: Electrochemical promotion (EP) of catalysis has already been recognized as 'a valuable development in catalytic research' (J. Pritchard, 1990) and 'one the most remarkable advances electrochemistry since 1950' O'M. Bockris, 1996). Laboratory studies have clearly elucidated phenomenology electrochemical proven that EP is a general phenomenon at interface electrochemistry. The major progress toward practical utilization surveyed this paper. focus given on electropromotion industrial ammonia synthesis catalyst, bipolar novel monolithic electropromoted reactor (MEPR) conjunction with thin sputtered metal films. Future perspectives applications field hydrogen technologies are discussed.
