摘要: A distinctive case of primary biliary lymphoma occurring in the cystic duct causing extrinsic compression porta hepatis a 48-year-old woman is presented. Imaging studies revealed stricture common hepatic with 2.5-cm nonhomogeneous mass at hepatis, mimicking Klatskin tumor. Exploratory laparotomy gallbladder neck extension into akin to Mirizzi's syndrome. soft, tan-yellow 1.0-cm was removed from duct, and infiltrating atypical lymphocytic nodules were identified final diagnosis an anaplastic variant diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
