摘要: Abstract Background Primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) of the liver and bile duct mimicking cholangiocarcinoma is rare. Methods The clinical radiologic features treatment 2 patients with primary NHL ducts are presented analyzed together cases collected from a review English literature between 1966 2003. Results Fifteen NHL, including our patients, cholangiocarcinoma. All had jaundice; 9 systemic symptoms; 7 abdominal pain; 5 mass lesions. biliary strictures as shown on cholangiography. Two were infected human immunodeficiency virus–1. In only 1 patient was diagnosis established without surgery. Immunophenotyping in 10 showed B-cell tumors T-cell tumor. Twelve underwent resection. Seven received chemotherapy immediately after made. Only 3 have survived more than years, longest survival being 68 months. Conclusions Non-Hodgkin's must be considered differential obstructive jaundice. If correct made before surgery, current protocols may modality therapy. Surgical resection should reserved to address complications obstruction or failure eradicate localized disease.
