摘要: Blood stasis (BS) is characterized as a disorder of blood circulation. In traditional Korean medicine (TKM), it viewed cause factor diseases such multiple sclerosis and stroke. This study investigated differences in the plasma metabolites profiles subjects displaying BS or non-BS patterns. Thirty-one patients with cerebral infarction diagnosed an equal number sex- age-matched were enrolled. Metabolic profiling was performed using UPLC-MS. The ratio rough pulse purple coloration tongue higher presenting pattern. Through metabolomics analysis, 82 that differed significantly between pattern identified, two groups separated orthogonal partial least square-discriminant analysis model (P < 0.001). Of these metabolites, acetyl carnitine, leucine, kynurenine, phosphocholine, hexanoyl decanoyl carnitine present levels than those Our results also demonstrated seven including acyl-carnitines associated pattern, suggesting variant metabolic may serve biomarker for diagnosis infarction.
