摘要: Lipase present in the seeds of Jatropha curcas L. was isolated and some its properties studied. activity detected both dormant germinating seeds. The lipase partially purified using a combination ammonium sulfate precipitation ultrafiltration, which increased relative by 28- 80-fold, respectively. hydrolyzed palm kernel, coconut, olive oils at comparable rates (approximately 5 μg FFA/μg protein/min); palm—Raphia hookeri L.—oils about twice rate first group oils; fish higher than all other oils. lipase, however, had highest with monoolein.
