摘要: Microfabricated arrays of immobilized oligodeoxynucleotide probes are proving to be a powerful tool for rapidly generating sequence data via hybridization. These made either by immobilization the probe post-synthetically, or in situ synthesis probe. Hybridization target is easily achieved on arrays, with analysis proceeding direct detection, through enzyme-mediated detection; hybridization pattern yields information about target. Such facile and rapid acquisition will assist challenging task sequencing human genome, also lead new generation diagnostic assays.
