摘要: Background The utility of measuring histamine and prostaglandin metabolites in the urine patients with mastocytosis has not been critically examined a large series patients. This study relationship between extent increase urinary excretion 11β-prostaglandinF2α N-methyl histamine, serum tryptase, whole blood serotonin, bone marrow findings including morphology, percentage involvement, abnormal mast cell phenotype. Methods This was retrospective analysis 90 who were continuously enrolled for period 6 years (2008–2014). We recorded levels (NMH), findings. Results Urinary correlated burden marrow, presence aggregates, atypical cells on biopsy. Whole serotonin did have significant correlation tryptase or marrow. Urinary NMH significantly different c-kit D816V-positive D816V-negative patients, while not. 24-h >3500 ng >400 μg/gm Cr corresponded high degree biopsies positive cells, mutation. Conclusions Easily obtained quantified (greater than twice upper limit normal) D2 (>3.4 times correlate well mastocytosis.
