摘要: : The biocompatibility of the cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) circuit, in which an oxygenator is solely heparinized, was assessed by systemic inflammatory reactions as indicator during CPB. Fourteen patients, 11 males and 3 females, underwent coronary artery surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups 7 patients each. For heparin–coated group (Group H), a membrane used CPB control C) uncoated employed. Systemic reactions, such platelet activation, prostaglandin production, complement activated granulocyte released substance, measured prior to, during, 6 h after number platelets decreased protamine administration both (14. 5 ±4. times 104/μl Group H 13. 8 ± 8. 104/μd returned to baseline levels while it remained C at factor 4 level significantly lower (181 40 ng/ml) than (297 ±131 administration. Thromboxane–B2 (TXB2) rose groups; however, there different TXB2 between 60 min (293±258 pg/ml versus 408 120 (259 122 709 418 C). Plasma concentrations elastase 30, 90 min, immediately after, post–CPB those C. Although heparinized sufficiently effective reduce operation, surface seems be more endothelium–like.
