摘要: Abstract Fullerol has been synthesized through the reaction of fullerene C 60 with NaOH in aqueous solution by means ultrasonic agitation and characterized infrared 1 H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The fullerol obtained shows good solubility excellent stability water. A weak light scattering (RLS) spectrum was observed solution. However, intensity RLS signal could be enhanced presence proteins, including bovine serum albumin (BSA), human (HSA), pepsin (Pep), lysozyme (Lys). Based on enhancement RLS, a sensitive method for determination proteins established. quantitative conditions were considered regard to effects pH, ion strength, concentration fullerol. Under optimum conditions, proportional limits detection 9.7, 10.9, 57.4, 8.5 ng mL −1 BSA, HSA, Pep, Lys, respectively. Almost no interference can from some amino acids, nucleic most metal ions. model samples determined satisfactorily proposed method.
