摘要: Hydrazine causes a dose‐related increase in liver triglycerides and weight decrease hepatic giutathione. The threshold dose for the toxic effect is around 10 mg/kg, optimal seen after of 40 mg/kg. hydrazine on glutathione was detectable within 30 win dosing, but elevation not until 4 h dosing. At 24 60 mg hydrazine/kg, reduced giutathione approximately 50% control value were about 7 times normal level. In vitro studies indicated that metabolized by rat microsomal enzymes, this being dependent NADPH oxygen. Pretreatment animals with phenobarbital or piperonyl butoxide respectively decreases increases hepato‐toxicity. Prior depletion administration diethyl maleate had no toxicity. Pyruvate azine, probable metabolite hydrazine, much...
