The effects of hydrazine on the phosphatidate phosphohydrolase activity in rat liver

摘要: Injection of hydrazine (0.7 mmole/kg) in the male fasting rats caused an increase phosphatidate phosphohydrolase (PAP) activity soluble fraction liver. The increased PAP was parallel with a rise hepatic triacylglycerol (TG) (3.5-fold) and catecholamine concentration (3.4-fold) adrenal glands. Hydrazine also serum glucose. hydrazine-induced TG accumulation completely prevented by adrenalectomy. data suggest that is at least partly responsible for fatty liver hormones may take part mechanism which exerts its effects on
