摘要: Artichoke ( Cynara scolymus L.) is full of natural antioxidants and has a lipid-lowering effect. The aim this study was to investigate the effect artichoke on liver phosphatidate phosphohydrolase (PAP), plasma lipid levels, malondialdehyde (MDA), antioxidant in hyperlipidemic rats. Male rats were fed by standard pellet diet (Group 1), supplemented with 10% 2), lipogenic (containing sunflower oil, cholesterol ethanol) plus 3) only 4). On day 60 experiment, PAP activity, triglyceride (TG), lipids, MDA, levels measured. TG, ratio total (TC) high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, TC TG significantly decreased due treatment Groups 2 3 compared 1 4, respectively. Significant reduction MDA significant elevation power observed results clearly indicated that can be useful for activity TG. Also, beneficial effects controlling hyperlipidemia, abnormalities profiles oxidative stress regimes.
