摘要: The pathogenesis and factors affecting hydrazine‐induced fatty liver have been investigated in rats using histological ultrastructural examination. A dose of 20 mg hydrazine/kg caused the accumulation lipid, swelling mitochondria, appearance microbodies both periportal midzonal hepatocytes proximal tubular cells kidney. These changes were detectable by light or electron microscopy 24 h after dosing with hydrazine. 60 mg/kg was highest tolerated for h, but severity similar to that a 40 mg/kg. lipid droplets mitochondria 30 min dosing, fat could not be detected until 4 dosing.
