摘要: A Triple Langmuir Probe (TLP) has been used to study plasma parameters of a transient produced in newly developed Pulsed Plasma Accelerator system. In this experiment, TLP with capacitor based current mode biasing circuit was that instantaneously gives voltage traces an oscilloscope which are directly proportional the electron temperature and density. The (Te) density (ne) measured help probe found be 24.13 eV 3.34 × 1021/m3 at maximum energy (−15 kV) system, respectively.
