摘要: Triple Langmuir probe (TLP) technique is used to measure local and time-resolved plasma parameters in pulsed capacitive discharge. This allows the instantaneous measurement of transient discharges obviates need any voltage or frequency sweep. In TLP configuration, two probes are differentially biased acquire ion-saturation current whereas third kept floating into potential. Thus enables electron temperature Te, number density ne, potential Vf, their fluctuations as a function time rapidly time-varying plasmas. The results presented here demonstrate progression discharge for different fill pressures. would be useful measuring temporal behavior rapidly-time varying plasmas, such turbulence edge region magnetically confined fusion GLAST Spherical Tokamak.
