Spontaneous resolution of systemic sarcoidosis in a patient with chronic hepatitis C without interferon therapy.

摘要: A 39-year-old male patient complaining of bilateral hand joint arthralgia was evaluated and found to have chronic hepatitis C systemic sarcoidosis involving lung, skin, liver, spleen. Hepatic cutaneous sarcoidoses were confirmed by the presence numerous noncaseating granulomas on histological examination. Pulmonary splenic involvements diagnosed imaging studies. Fifteen months later, sarcoidotic lesions in spleen resolved radiological studies a liver biopsy showed no granuloma but moderate severe inflammatory activity. is rare comorbidity which may spontaneously resolve.
