摘要: Unscheduled DNA synthesis (UDS) induced by in vitro exposure to five alkylating carcinogens was measured the mucosal cells from three different sites of rat intestine. The yield UDS N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine or N-ethyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine methylazoxymethanol acetate higher colon & rectum than those jejunum ileum. Conversely, induction N-methyl-N-nitrosourea methyl-methanesulphonate seen at a rather level small intestine compared with rectum.
