摘要: Abstract The intravenous injection of methyl methanesulfonate ( 20–68 mg/kg) in BD IX rats on the 15 th and 21 st day gestation led to development malignant neurogenic tumours approximately 20% offspring. Two were located cerebral hemispheres (classified as oligodendroglioma mixed glioma) six (malignant neurinomas) originated from peripheral nervous system. average postnatal survival time animals with was 292 days. No found offspring pregnant females treated 9 gestation.
