摘要: This paper focuses on a biomethanol from the rice straw process involving thermodynamic, economic, and environmental performance in China. Based simulation of methanol synthesis via biomass gasification interconnected fluidized beds using Aspen Plus software, method LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) is applied to evaluate impact pollutant emissions full life cycles biomethanol. The integrated system analyzed combining with energy utilization, economic cost, impact. results show that yield can reach 0.308 kg/(kg straw), i.e., efficiency conversion approximately 42.7%. For plant an annual production 50,000 tons, real cost evaluated at 2685 RMB/t, which 2347 337.6 RMB/t. Because its high investment presently higher than coal-based Nevertheless will be becoming more competitive shortage fossil fuel future. In whole cycle, main come end-use by automobiles, whereas net effect negative during cultivation. Global warming most influential factor different categories. However, 1910 kg CO2 fixed for one ton photosynthesis growth rice, thus global significantly reduced utilization compared methanol. indicates producing beneficial both agriculture waste improvement environment.
