摘要: The theory of drag exerted on dislocation kinks by statistical density fluctuations impurity atoms is generalized to the case solid solutions. conditions transition anomalous kink drift, which characterized a nonlinear time ( t ) dependence displacement x ~ δ , < 1), are obtained. related consequences for mobility and plastic flow solution derived. illus- trated through calculating concentration deforming stress in Ge 1 - c Si solution.
