摘要: The temperature and concentration dependence of the critical resolved shear stress (CRSS) for KCl KCl–KBr solid solutions was measured from 4.2 K to 293 K. At lower temperatures with below 10 mol% KBr above 90 showed solution softening. other concentrations were hardened at all tested. CRSS given by a c(1-c) relation except case temperatures. activation free energy deformation varied linearly independently concentration. It concluded analysis volume that dislocation motion in higher region impeded only solute ions, Peierls barriers addition ions.
