摘要: A 2860-bp cDNA was isolated from a human fetal brain library by high throughput sequencing, which encodes putative protein with 186 amino acids. The shares 90.7% identity rat pBOG (3403163) and 93.4% RBBP9 (NPA conserved RB binding domain, L × C E, located between residue 63 68 recognized. Therefore, it named RBBP10. Mapviewer analysis locates on chromosome 20q11.22. RBBP10 spans about 9.6 kb of the genome consists six exons five introns. RT-PCR revealed that gene expressed widely in various tissues, expression level is somewhat higher tumor tissues than normal tissues. But subsequent sequencing did not found any mutation this COS 7 cell transfected ORF showed distributed both cytoplasm nucleus. Our results suggest orthologue BOG (AF025819) paralogue (AF039564).
