摘要: One of the great cornerstones our understanding cancer biology was realization that cancer-causing genes are intrinsic to own genome, and therefore, comes from within. These promote formation by their inappropriately elevated expression or failure produce functional protein products. They encode biological pathways, mutations these results in dysregulation pathways. alterations do not act alone, but cooperate form ways we just beginning understand. Hopefully, this knowledge will lead rational mechanistic treatment strategies.
