摘要: This study showed that six months after adult thymectomy blood glucose level in rats was significantly lower compared to of control animals. The low found thymectomized accompanied by structural changes the pancreatic islets. Electron microscopy and paraldehyde fuchsin (PAF) stained paraffin sections revealed partial degranulation B-cells.
