摘要: Small cell carcinoma usually involves the lung and rarely affects biliary tract, especially cystic duct. In this article we report a case of small duct in 46-year-old Japanese man. The patient presented with abdominal pain jaundice. Imaging showed nodule invading common bile dilatation proximal tree. hepatic artery portal vein were free from invasion. Extended right lobectomy, cholecystectomy, resection extrahepatic ducts performed together lymph node dissection under tentative diagnosis Histopathologic examination resected specimen revealed arising extending into postoperative clinical course was uneventful, is doing well without any signs recurrence 1 year after operation.
