摘要: Composite TiSiOC nanoparticles with Ti/Si ratio varying in a very large range were prepared by laser pyrolysis of gas–spray mixture silane and titanium tetra-isopropoxide. The as-formed nanoparticle batches exhibit intense blue colours, from dark to light while the increases. This colour is attributed formation sub-stoichiometric TiO\(_{2-x}\)compounds induced presence reducing agents such as silicon-based radicals carbon atoms reaction medium. powders stable for several months at room temperature normal atmospheric conditions. Elemental analysis, specific surface area pycnometry measurements, well Photon Correlation Spectroscopy allow determining chemical composition size as-synthesized function ratio. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy IR spectroscopy have been used analyse their organisation, nanostructure morphology. Mean grain found around 20 nm. core-shell structure TiO\(_{2-x}\)/SiO2, core made titania, surrounded an amorphous shell, mainly silica. Crystallites anatase are present increasing Annealing under air 800°C induces removal crystallisation beige white colours.
