摘要: We describe neurological complications which manifested after a patient with unsuspected pheochromocytoma was administered dihydroergotamine. Following administration of dihydroergotamine, the developed Balint syndrome, appearance symmetric, bilateral occipital signal change on magnetic resonance imaging suggestive posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome.
