摘要: Objective. To study the efficacy of preserved human amniotic membrane in reconstruction conjunctival defect created during surgical removal lesions or symblepharon lysis. Methods. Preserved transplantation was performed 93 eyes 85 patients for various surface problems. The indications surgery were (1) pterygium excision (54 eyes), (2) tumors (23 lysis (13 and covering a scleral graft (three eyes). Results. Success noted 69.9% (65/93) eyes, partially success 22.6% (21/93) failure 7.5% (7/93) with mean follow-up 8.9 months (1–28 months). In pterygium, tumor, symblepharon, group, rate each group 70.3%, 78.3%, 53.8%, 66.7% respectively. No serious immediate post-operative complications rejection occurred. Conclusion. Amniotic can be considered an alternative treatment difficult ocular problems, is effective promoting epithelial healing, reducing inflammation scarring.
