摘要: Abstract Forest fires represent a persistent problem in many countries, especially the southern Mediterranean. Several causes underlie their occurrence but persistence may be better explained if fire is viewed as tool an informal planning process serving needs not satisfied by formal procedures. A framework for analysis of presented first, followed description and forest based on Greek experience. Next, uses are illustrated with three examples and, finally, implications prevention particular, regional general, discussed.
