摘要: Abstract City governments provide physical infrastructure in a variety of ways. This case study the Alliance Airport development Fort Worth, Texas, shows that two types planning and policy-making were operating. Formal policies used to standardize city's methods supplying some infrastructure, while informal was modify standard governing provision other capital facilities. In all, Worth city government committed more than $62 million public airport development. Less half total value supplied on basis formal or previous plans. The example suggests severe implications relying policies.
