摘要: Abstract Renal alterations caused by Bothrops venom and its compounds are studied to understand these effects provide the best treatment. Previously, we renal effect of whole marajoensis phospholipase A2 (PLA2), but could not be attributed PLA2. To continue study, report in this short communication l -amino acid oxidase from B. marajoensis (LAAOBm) on function parameter observed same model isolated perfused kidney, as well cytotoxic cells. LAAOBm a decrease PP, RVR, UF, GFR, %TNa+ %TCl−, very similar using model. We also demonstrated cytotoxicity MDCK cells with IC50 2.5 μg/mL late apoptotic involvement flow cytometry assays. In conclusion, suggested that is nephrotoxic compound venom.
