摘要: In various types of snake venom, the major toxic components are proteinases and members phospholipase A2 family, although other enzymes also contribute to toxicity. this study, we evaluated proteolytic, phospholipase, l-Amino acid oxidase activities in venom five Bothrops species—Bothrops jararaca, jararacussu, moojeni, neuwiedi, alternatus—all which used production commercial antivenom, prepared horses. The enzymatic each species' were classified as high, moderate, or low. B. moojeni demonstrated highest activity profile, followed by alternatus. To our knowledge, is first study compare all these from multiple species, significant view l-amino across species.
