摘要: Chronic inflammation has been widely considered to be the major risk factor of coronary heart disease (CHD). The goal our study was explore possible association with CHD for inflammation-related single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) involved in cytosine-phosphate-guanine (CpG) dinucleotides. A total 784 patients and 739 non-CHD controls were recruited from Zhejiang Province, China. Using Sequenom MassARRAY platform, we measured genotypes six CpG-SNPs, including IL1B rs16944, IL1R2 rs2071008, PLA2G7 rs9395208, FAM5C rs12732361, CD40 rs1800686, CD36 rs2065666). Allele genotype frequencies compared between individuals using CLUMP22 software 10,000 Monte Carlo simulations. Allelic tests showed that rs9395208 rs1800686 significantly associated CHD. Moreover, shown under dominant model. Further gender-based subgroup one SNP (CD40 rs1800686) two SNPs (FAM5C rs12732361 rs2065666) females males, respectively. And age-based indicated among younger than 55, 65, over In conclusion, all CpG-SNPs (rs16944, rs2065666, combined or tests, suggesting an important role
