摘要: The action of bovine lactoferrin saturated with iron, zinc and manganese on the intracellular multiplication Legionella pneumophila in HeLa cells has been tested. results obtained showed that did not influence invasive efficiency Legionella. bacterium was inhibited by apo-lactoferrin zinc, whereas iron enhanced growth. Experiments parallel were performed citrate to test effect due metal ions alone. Even this condition addition an chelate while produced a certain inhibition.
