摘要: To account for hypopituitarism in patients who received 60Co head irradiation nasopharyngeal neoplasia, hypothalamic-pituitary function was evaluated 12 women, aged 19–40 yr, 1–13 yr after the irradiation. The hypothalamicpituitary area a dose of about 6000–6500 rads. Serum basal LH and FSH levels as well their responses to 25 µg iv LRH were measured by RIA results compared with early follicular phase 5 normal cycling women. In 8 patients, serum LH, FSH, PRL also before during fourth day clomiphene administration (100 mg/day days).
