摘要: Renal failure may be complicated by the development of encephalopathy, epileptic seizures, or peripheral neuropathy. Treatment renal disease dialysis produce a disequilibrium syndrome or, rarely, progressive dementia due to cerebral aluminum toxicity. Transplantation followed stroke, infections characteristic immunocompromized hosts, tumors, either primary lymphomas metastatic tumors from remote primaries. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment have reduced frequency severity these complications its treatment.
