摘要: Because of advancements in dialysis therapy and renal transplantation, their medical management, patients with end-stage disease (ESRD) rarely develop severe clinical manifestations before the institution therapy. In USA, there are currently about 450,000 receiving (Meyer & Hostetter, 2007). Although uncommon USA Canada, who have chronic failure (GFR below 30 ml/min) not yet received may a symptom complex characterized by fatigue, mild sensorial clouding, decreased mental acuity, tremor, anorexia, nausea sleep disturbances (Gusbeth-Tatomir et al., 2007; Perl 2006;). However, apparently adequate maintenance does eliminate central nervous system (CNS) uremia. CSN disorders both untreated those persisting despite referred to as uremic encephalopathy. The treatment end stage has itself been associated emergence several distinct system. These are: disequilibrium syndrome, dementia, stroke, sexual dysfunction new syndrome dialysis-dependent encephalopathy (Arieff, 2004).
