摘要: Membrane electroporation (ME) defines an electrical technique to render lipid membranes porous and permeable, transiently reversibly, by external voltage pulses. The „electro-deformation“ of vesicles is possibly a mechanism provide larger pores leading transmembrane transport or causing membrane rupture. Recently, electrochemical relaxation data have provided evidence that ME vesicle suspension rapidly coupled with elongation. Thus the electroporative changes in structure are optically enhanced deformation can be recognized very early stages electrooptics. We propose general chemical-thermodynamical approach quantitative description electroporation.
