摘要: Objective To evaluate the effect of a new ultrafiltration technique - subzero-balanced on early postoperative outcomes adult patients undergoing cardiac operations with cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods A total 120 who required bypass for surgery were randomized into two groups, 60 in each group. Patients treatment group received during bypass, while control routine Postoperative outcomes, including hospital mortality and morbidity analyzed. Results Hospital was 0% (0 60) versus 1.8% (1 (P=1.000). Total complications lower treated (11 [18.3%] 22 [36.7%], P=0.025). Duration intubation time shorter transfusion volume within 24 hours postoperatively less having (14.35 + or 1.66 18.64 1.57 h, P=0.036 1.54 1.56 3.64 2.67 U/patient, P=0.032). Length stay intensive care unit, duration stay, need infusion inotropic agent drainage volumes h between groups comparable. Conclusions Subzero-balanced can effectively decrease patients' blood transfusion: it also may promote recovery patients. Routine application should not be necessary, but compared to other techniques, e.g. MUF, further studies.
