摘要: The success and performance of healthcare organizations relies on the strategic management knowledge. Nursing Intellectual Capital (NIC) has emerged as a concept involving nursing knowledge resources that create value in organizations. This article aims to discuss importance considering context performance, with specific reference NIC. Reflections are then provided how leaders can look advance NIC for improved performance.
