摘要: OBJECT The development of neurointerventional treatments central nervous system disorders has resulted in the need for adequate training environments novice interventionalists. Virtual simulators offer anatomical definition but lack tactile feedback. Animal models, which provide more lifelike training, require an appropriate infrastructure base. authors describe a model procedures using human placenta (HP), affords haptic with significantly fewer resource requirements, and discuss its validation. METHODS Twelve HPs were prepared simulated endovascular procedures. Training exercises performed by interventional neuroradiologists fellows placental angiography, stent placement, aneurysm coiling, intravascular liquid embolic agent injection. RESULTS proposed can be easily reproduced HP. Face, content, construct validity assessed 6 radiologists radiology. CONCLUSIONS use HP provides inexpensive neurointerventionalists. Preliminary validation results show that this simulation face content demonstrated interventions study.
