摘要: Previous findings have suggested that methylation of the APC gene may be associated with some tumors including lung cancer. To explore pattern and effect on its protein expression in cancer cell lines, we investigated promotor by specific PCR (MSP) bisulfite sequencing analyzed levels western blot three lines. Monoallelic 20 methylated CpGs CpG island near open reading frame (ORF) were found NCI-H460 line, stablely inherited within 10 generations line culture. Our results showed two special sites (794, 797) might binding for proteins regulate expression. Protein declined, but was enhanced after treatment 5-aza-2-deoxycytidine (5-aza-dC).
