摘要: Presently available GC and HPLC methods for analysis of piracetam, require large samples suffer from interference. A micro scale, isocratic high-performance liquid-chromatographic method is described the determination piracetam in plasma (25 microL) or cerebrospinal fluid (10 using ultraviolet absorbance at 215 nm. The limit quantitation 4 micrograms mL-1 within-batch between-batch coefficients variation are less than 10%. No interference other commonly prescribed antimyoclonic antiepileptic drugs was observed thus can be used to monitor patients on polytherapy drug regimens. Because sensitivity rapidity it suitable pharmacokinetic mechanistic studies paediatric samples.
