摘要: Over the past decade, many potential candidates for molecules involved in pattern formation vertebrate embryo have been identified. Manipulation of expression some these factors has generated fascinating results that allowed investigators to address their roles embryogenesis. One such family consists a group putative cell signaling related proto-oncogene Wnt-1. An accumulating body evidence suggests Wnt-family plays major role several aspects development.
